iDO ATEX
4.0 digital automatic portable unit suitable for R290 and R600a
The digital manifold turns into your compact Atex 4.0 Robot. IDO Atex is suitable to work with flammable refrigerants such as R290 and R600a and thanks to its electronics and its large LCD Touchscreen, it does not only display information and measurements, but also manages the various integrated or connected equipment in order to carry out autonomous operations, such as discharge and recovery, pressing, vacuum and charge, or cycles of operations, verifying the results with appropriate test phases and reports. With multiple advantages ranging from time saving to certified quality of the work performed, it is possible to assign tasks or cycles of tasks to the iDO Atex portable unit, with the certainty that they will be carried out, checked and certified through reports. The large touchscreen makes the unit extremely easy to use, while the interconnection on the Service Portal, accessible via PC and Smartphone, allows remote management and exchange of information in real time.
iDO Atex meets the requirements for Impresa 4.0 benefits.
The iDO range is available in the following versions:
- iDO HFC (P. 46-47): for HFC (A2L included).
- iDO ATEX: suitable also for A3 refrigerants such as HC (R290, R600a).
Unit iDO ATEX features:
- ATEX Zone 2 Certification (CE Atex 3G IIB T3 Gc).
- Suitability to be used with A3 flammable refrigerants such as R600aR290-R1270.
- Double automatic discharge system assisted by evacuation through integrated Atex vacuum pump or through flushing with nitrogen.
- Compatibility with refrigerants HC, CFC, HCFC, HFC (included R32 and R1234yf).
- Large digital control TouchScreen display.
- 2 pressure sensors (Low and High).
- Built-in electronic precision vacuum gauge (mTorr, Pa, mbar,…).

- 35kg removable scale with fittings and adapters for different cylinders.
- Connection for external cylinder of Nitrogen or Azoidro.

- Refrigerant database that can be updated from the portal.
